"Death is a confirmation of the believer's creed. For the skeptic, it is discovery, immense and late. - Calvin Miller

"Let your adorning be the hidden person of the heart with the imperishable beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which in God's sight is very precious."

There is so much. I'm hung up again on language.

I wish I could write more poetry, poetry that meant something. I have been reading bits of poetry recently, just here and there, and I long to write the things that I read.

Even above wanting to write that well, I want to read everything. I devour every reading material I come across. I cant help it. I have always had a love of reading and writing and learning. I am so glad that education is a life-time occupation made available by books. There will never be and end to learning. How glad I am to know it!

I saw a movie tonight called "Uptown Girls." I didn't know what it was about before I went, but I went with a group of girls, and I loved it. All but one other friend hated it. They didn't understand that the point of the movie wasn't the plot, but rather character development. I love character development and found the movie entertaining, and, for the most part (except a few things toward the beginning) it was clean and good. Maybe my other friends are just more concrete than I am and need something a bit more tangible than the abstract idea of watching a person change and grow as the movie progresses. :) who knows?
