Why do I long for the wrong things all the time?
Why do I settle for lesser gods?
Why am I satisfied with less-wild lovers?
And how can I know?
I am unsettled this morning. I read through a couple entries in my prayer journal from about a year ago, and I was so... in love with Jesus. Am I still? Is my love fickle?
This growing up thing is hard. I want to have child-like faith and womanly love for God. Is it possible to combine the two?
I guess I have the rest of my life to find out.
