Say Jay Speculations

This is something I wrote when I was in sociology the other day... haha, yes, I AM learning a lot in that class, I promise. There are just some slow moments when I can jot down things flying into my mind, and so I do.
I'm really struggling right now to just let God control all of my life. So much is in limbo right now, I'm hanging in the air waiting for the next step. I'm in that moment right between anticipating hopping off the escalator or just staying on it until it pushes you off. I'm that last card that is being breathlessly placed on top of the nearly finished card castle.

Trust.
Grasp no longer at the grains
of sand
that we call Experience.
They'll only slip
slide, settle
through your fingers and
to the ground.

Grapple with Me.
Release the tide
of all you feel
We'll study the tidepools after I
calm the storm.
Grip my arms
when come the rains.

You'll never fall
when I help you stand.
My hands are huge
And cradle All.
